Chocolate Week at Mint Leaf

Mint Leaf Lounge & Restaurant has collaborated with Britain’s youngest chocolatier to create a Chocolate Week Menu in aid of The Sick Children’s Trust.

Head chef Dhayalan Paul has teamed up with 17-year-old chocolatier Louis Barnett to create a bespoke chocolate menu including dishes such as braised pork belly with onions caramelised with ginger, green chilli, curry leaves, 60% dark chocolate and cocoa nibs, and chocolate savrin with black cardamom and grapefruit foam, to run throughout Chocolate Week (12-18 October). The dishes will be priced from £8, with 10% of all orders made on the Chocolate Week Menu going to The Sick Children’s Trust.
