CHEFstock at Alyn Williams at The Westbury

This September, Mayfair chef Alyn Williams is inviting five of his peers – including Sat Bains, Simon Rogan, and international stars – to cook alongside him at four unique dinners, as part of his initiative, CHEFstock.

Each Tuesday in September, Williams will be joined in the kitchen by one of the participating chefs, who hold six Michelin stars between them. While the chefs work together to create an extraordinary four-course meal, guests will enjoy a Champagne and canapé reception – and be some of the first to taste the new 2004 vintage of Pol Roger Champagne.

The line-up will run as follows:

Tuesday 3 September: Sat Bains

Chef-patron of the two-Michelin-starred Restaurant Sat Bains, in Nottingham

Tuesday 10 September: Bart de Pooter

Chef and executive director of the two-Michelin-starred Pastorale, in Belgium.

Tuesday 17 September: Simon Rogan

The brains behind his two-Michelin-starred flagship L’Enclume, in Cumbria, plus a burgeoning portfolio that includes The French and Mr Cooper’s House and Garden (both in Manchester) and, until recently, Roganic, in London’s Marylebone.

Tuesday 24 September: Ignatius Chan

The Singaporean restaurateur struck gold with Iggy’s, which was voted number 65 in the World’s Best Restaurants Awards 2013.
