This summer, Americans have a unique opportunity to celebrate their national holiday in great style, when chef David Burke of The Park Avenue Café in New York, swaps place with Christian Delteil of
Bank Restaurant Group. Diners both in London and New York will be treated to an extraordinary culinary experience as the chefs cook at each other’s restaurants. During his guest appearance at bank
Aldwych, which coincides with American Independence Day, David will be cooking a selection of American dishes, including recipes from his second book, Updated American Classics. On the Saturday and
Sunday, a typical American brunch will be prepared. Bank Aldwych will also be hosting a special dinner in the new private dining room with David Burke speaking on the future of American food.
