Fitzrovia’s Pied à Terre celebrates 25 years in business this year and to celebrate, the restaurant has invited its founding partner and chef, Richard Neat, to return to the stoves for one week only.
From 5-10 September, the chef will recreate some of his best-loved dishes as part of the Iconic Menu, being served at both lunch and dinner in seven or ten courses. Dishes will include deep-fried oysters with red wine and hollandaise saucem, snails with morels and fondant potatoes, and a plum tarte Tatin to finish. Considering Neat was one of the few British chefs to hold a Michelin star at the time (earned within a year of being open), this is a dinner not to be missed.
