Le Vacherin will host its annual Champagne and sabrage dinner on Monday 13 June.
The evening will start with a Champagne reception, followed by a Champagne and food pairing. Participants will also be introduced to the art of ‘sabrage’ – when the cork is chopped off the top of a
Champagne bottle using a sabre – a skill started by French cavalry officers.
The event costs £80 and starts at 7pm.
