Quaglino's in St. James’s, renowned for its crustacea bar, is celebrating the oyster season by offering a larger selection of oysters and
Champagne from 15 October to 11 November, for both lunch and dinner.
Throughout this period, customers will find no less than eight varieties of oysters to choose from at any one time, including Maldon Native (£21), Pousse en Claire (£15) and Duchy of Cornwall Rock
(£12). Adding a touch of theatre to the experience, the Champagnes will be presented from a Champagne trolley and staff will be on hand to provide guidance on matching Champagnes and oysters.
