Celebrate the oyster season at Clos Maggiore

From 4-20 September, Clos Maggiore will offer diners a seven-course menu that showcases a variety of sustainably sourced fish and shellfish including native oysters, which come into season on 1 September.

Head chef Marcellin Marc has devised the special menu, whose dishes will also be available on the à-la-carte menu. Each course has been paired with an appropriate wine or Champagne to further enhance its flavour.

The tasting menu will include the following courses and wine pairings:

Fine de claire oysters with shallot vinegar
