The head chef at Aurora, Capri’s famed restaurant, will be a guest chef at Ristorante Frescobaldi in Mayfair from 18-26 November. Franco Aversa’s residence will bring the likes of grilled squid with creamed potatoes, citrus-roasted cod with almond fillet, and caprese ravioli stuffed with caciotta (cheese from central Italy) in a tomato sauce. Diners will be able to order exclusively from Aversa’s guest menu, or mix it with Frescobaldi's usual seasonal Italian offering.
