In the upcoming months, chef Mark Hix will host a series of meat-carving classes at Hix Mayfair.
In addition to a two-hour class, the evening will include a cheese course, a dinner of carved meats with potatoes and vegetables, dessert, and a bottle of wine per person. Guests will also receive
a Brown’s Hotel apron as well as a signed Mark Hix cookbook.
The classes will take place on 21 November, 16 January, and 6 February. Each event costs £150 per person, and is limited to 10 guests. To make a reservation, call Brown’s Hotel on 020 7493 6020.
