Calling all potential food entrepreneurs…

As part of its Guardian Masterclasses season, The Guardian is hosting a talk by Pitt Cue Co’s co-founder Jamie Berger and the Disappearing Dining Club’s Stuart Langley, who will tell potential restaurateurs ‘how to launch a food start-up’.

As part of the two-day course, Berger and Langley will share their experiences of creating a successful start-up, offering their perspective on the UK’s alternative dining scene and imparting advice on all aspects of running a restaurant – including the things diners don’t see.

The ‘how to launch a food start-up’ masterclass costs £400 and will take place on the weekends of 7-8 September and 5-6 October, from 10am-5pm each day. To book your place, visit the Guardian Masterclasses website.
