Paternoster Chop House is introducing exclusive butchery skills classes in its private dining room.
Experienced butcher Eddie White will demonstrate how to recognise and prepare different cuts of meat, while the restaurant’s head chef, Peter Weeden, will talk about how best to cook them.
During the one-hour demonstration, guests can nibble on canapés and enjoy a glass of wine; a three-course meal with wine follows the class.
Classes cost £1,200 for a group of 10 people.
