On 19-20 November, join Karam Sethi (head chef at Trishna) and Ravinder Bhogal (TV chef and food writer) as they create a feast of ‘forgotten British foods’ but with an Indian twist. This event will be held at the newly-Michelin-starred Trishna in the heart of Marylebone.

Both chefs have worked together to design a five-course menu that highlights lesser-known yet traditional British dishes and combining them with classic Indian techniques and flavours. Dishes include Bath chaps with turnip saag and Morecombe Bay potted shrimps with pickling spice. The menu will be priced at £47.50. There will be two sittings on both days at 7pm and 9.15pm.
