Brigadiers, the latest and largest venture from JKS Restaurants, will launch Free-Flowing Sundays from 12 August, adding some buzz to the City at weekends with Indian Roast menus, free-flowing drinks, live sport and a dedicated Campari spritz bar on the outdoor terrace.
Available every Sunday will be a three-course barbecue roast menu for £30 per person. The menu kicks off with pappadums and chutneys, before moving on to the likes of butter masala rotisserie baby chicken or dry Tandoori masala steak, and finishing up with sweet treats such as banana and yoghurt kulfi on a brown butter waffle.
For an extra £15 per person, guests can add a free-flowing drink option, from a choice of Brigadiers Lager, Prosecco or Paloma cocktails (a mix of Tequila, rhubarb shrub, lime leaf and grapefruit soda). If the sun is shining, you can even choose to dine alfresco and make the most of the Campari Spritz Bar.
To celebrate the launch of Free-Flowing Sundays, Brigadiers is hosting a one-off Super Sunday party celebrating the start of the Premiership Football League, where it will screen the Liverpool vs West Ham and Arsenal vs Manchester City matches. There’ll also be live music from a brass band…we suspect there will be at least one rendition of ‘Football’s Coming Home’?
Free-Flowing Sundays at Brigadiers launches on 12 August with a special Super Sunday Party. The three-course Roast menu costs £30 per person, and free-flowing drink is available for a £15 supplement. To book, call 020 3319 8140.
