Chelsea is set to get a taste of The Good Life this February, with chef Steven Lamb bringing back-to-nature Dorset powerhouse River Cottage to London for the first time, with a three-day residency at The Imperial.
Lamb, whose passion and expertise lie in smoking and curing, will prepare an eight-course tasting menu using only sustainable produce, most of which will be locally sourced. Much of the menu will feature smoked and cured ingredients – some of which will be surprising departures from the norm.
