To celebrate Bonfire Night, 28th-floor Park Lane restaurant Galvin at Windows is holding a special event on Friday 5
The evening will commence at 4pm, when Wine Chap’s Tom Harrow and Galvin’s Fred Sirieix will tutor guests in the art of sabrage – the opening of Champagne bottles with a sabre – in Brown Hart
Gardens. Although, instead of Champagne, the team will be using Nyetimber sparkling wine. Once all corks have been popped, guests will head back to Galvin at Windows bar to enjoy the wine,
alongside some canapés, and watch the fireworks across London.
