Taking place over Easter, Betty Blythe, a family-friendly tea shop and pantry in Brook Green, West London, is running
two chocolate workshops for children.
Led by Leith-trained chef Gillian Pearson, Betty Blythe’s chocolate workshop is an opportunity for little chocolate lovers to learn all about the life of a chocolatier, and create their own
delicacies to take home.
Set in Betty Blythe’s tea room, the workshop begins with a look at packaging and design, focusing on materials and layers. Children then have the chance to design and construct a chocolate box,
before creating and decorating their very own chocolates.
The workshops cost £15 per child and last from 10am-12noon.
