The team behind trendy Shoreditch bar Callooh Callay are launching a short-and-sweet pop-up that champions all things piggy.
Open for four days only (from 12-15 June), Beard to Tail will offer delectable cocktails and a suitably carnivorous menu of porcine treats, from hickory-smoked pork with sweet potato mash to
‘rumpie-pumpie for two’ (slow-roasted Old Spot rump with a sage and wild garlic crust).
Dishes cost from £8, and the restaurant has space for just 35 people. No bookings are taken.
Those who miss out on the pop-up can wait for the Beard to Tail restaurant, opening in the capital during September.
