Balls & Company host International Women’s Day dinner

On the evening of Wednesday 8 March, Balls & Company founder Bonny Porter will host a group of top female chefs for a five-course dinner at her Soho restaurant, in honour of International Women’s Day. 

The lineup will include Sandia Chang (Bubbledogs), Roz Bado (development baker at Gail’s bakery) and Margot Henderson (Rochelle Canteen) while on the menu, expect to find crab potstickers with black vinegar and pickled ginger, fermented sorrel broth, braised squid with fennel and a dessert of saffron bread and butter pudding with clotted Cornish ice cream.

The Balls & Company International Women’s Day dinner takes place on Wednesday 8 March, with one sitting at 6pm and another at 8.30pm. Tickets cost £50. To book, email
