Tate Entertaining and Matthew Jukes invite you to an evening of great wine, fine art and sensational food at Tate Modern on Wednesday 8th October.
Thirty wines will be on show at an informal pre-dinner tasting from 6.45pm. These will highlight recent vintages of current classics and future superstars – Tim Adams, Leeuwin Estate, Kooyong,
Grosset, Best’s, Cullen, Fox Gordon, Jim Barry and last, but not least Grange 1981. Before dinner there will also be an opportunity to have a private view of Tate Modern’s Realism galleries.
After a refreshing glass of fizz, we will move upstairs at 8pm to the Tate Modern Restaurant -known for its panoramic view of the City of London - for a spectacular four course dinner featuring
seven wines, including Brian Croser’s stellar new Chardonnay Tappanappa, Penfolds St Henri Shiraz, Domaine A Cabernet Sauvignon and Spinifex Indigene.
