World-renowned chef Atul Kochhar (behind Benares
) is set to welcome some special guests to his restaurants Sindhu
(both in Buckinghamshire) and Indian Essence
(in Petts Wood, Kent) as part of his Chef Season. Atul and each guest chef will collaborate on a six-course tasting menu, creating three dishes each.
Atul will team up with Paul Foster of Salt for the first night in the series, which takes place on 2 October 2017.

28 Feb: Paul Ainsworth at Hawkyns
28 and 29 Mar: Nigel Haworth at Hawkyns and then Sindhu
Atul Kochhar’s Chef Season begins on 2 October. Ticket prices vary and you can book for each restaurant on its individual website.
