Asparagus Fortnight at Rhodes W1

Gary Rhodes’ Michelin-starred fine-dining restaurant Rhodes W1 is hosting an exclusive British asparagus fortnight from 21 May-4 June to celebrate the height of the English season.

Head chef Paul Welburn has designed a six-course asparagus dinner priced at £65 per person, with dishes including organic salmon with confit potatoes and asparagus hollandaise, slow-cooked black leg chicken with asparagus panacotta and tarragon velouté and white asparagus custard tart with white chocolate and black olives for dessert. The sommelier will also be on hand to select matching wines.
