Asia de Cuba Wagyu Beef Menu

Asia de Cuba has launched a menu dedicated entirely to Wagyu beef. Executive chef Owen Stewart has applied his imaginative blend of oriental & Cuban styles in three contrasting dishes. Fans of the beef, which comes from cows fed on beer & massaged by hand, can tuck into generous sharing plates of tenderloin tartare, surf & turf, & braised shoulder, which show off the versatility & succulence of the beef to best effect. Prices start from £140 for two people without wine, or £200 including specially selected Champagne & wine.
