On Monday 9th December, Michelin-starred chef Anthony Demetre will host an exclusive dining event at his pop-up restaurant AD12 within Tower 42 in the City. The six course tasting menu features a
scallop and oyster tartare, a poached egg served with black truffles, venison with liquorice and an ‘aero’ dessert; all cooked by the man himself. The dinner along with matched wines for each
