Celebrity chef Ken Hom will make a guest appearance at Pacific Oriental Restaurant on the evening of Wednesday 10th September. Those attending will be among the first people in the UK to taste Ken
Hom’s very own range of new 'Spicy Varietal' wines, produced in the Languedoc area of the south of France and based on the region’s core grapes: Chasan, Roussane, Mourverdre and Grenache. For many
years, people have asked Ken Hom which wines are best to drink with the assertive flavours of Oriental food and he believes he has found the answer with these wines. Hom will answer questions and
entertain participants with his stories. The dinner is just £35 inclusive of a three-course meal with canapes to start and coffee and cantuccini to finish, a glass each of four different wines,
service and VAT. A full commentary on the wine and food is also included, with the speaker spending time at the tables throughout the evening without interrupting the enjoyable and convivial
atmosphere of the event. For more details or bookings, contact Luisa Welch on 020 7631 3116 or email firstname.lastname@example.org
