French menu that has been specifically designed to match the bottles on offer from Jacquesson Wines. Jean-Herve Chiquet of Jacquesson, together with sommeliers Frederic Grappe (Orrery) and Jan
Stroop (Almeida), will be on hand to offer tasting notes on the featured wines. Guests can expect to tuck into treats like ballotine of foie gras, chicken and celeriac, followed by poached
scallops, butternut squash purée, potato gnocchi and white truffle, washed down by wines including a 2001 Riesling Kabinett Schutzenhaus and a 1995 Jacquesson Avize Grand Cru Champagne. Spaces are
