Alain Ducasse at The Dorchester is celebrating its tenth anniversary with a specially designed menu. Executive chef Jean-Philippe Blondet has created a limited edition seven-course anniversary menu, featuring the likes of scallop with citrus and caviar, and fillet of turbot with white truffle and artichoke.
To launch the menu, which is priced at £280 per person and is available from 25 October to 23 December, there will be an exclusive anniversary dinner, held on Tuesday 24 October. Alain Ducasse will be present and the meal will feature a Dom Pérignon Champagne pairing, available for one night only.
