The Four Seasons Hotel Hampshire will launch its visiting chef series by welcoming executive chef Philippe Jourdin from the Michelin-starred Faventia restaurant at Four Seasons Resort Provence this
April. Jourdin will showcase his signature Provençal cooking with a four-course menu that includes fillet of bass with fennel and aniseed olive oil emulsion and candied calisson with Provençal
almonds, almond meringue with cream, and caramel flavoured with thyme flower.
The set menu starts from £65 per person.
