In celebration of its first birthday, The Three Bridges restaurant will be hosting a Truffle & Foie Gras night
on 31 October. Starting at 7.30pm with an introduction to the different varieties of truffles from owner of Truffle Man Ltd Bruno Giorgi, the talk will be followed by a five-course set menu created
by and demonstrated on the night by head chef Rocardo Parisse. Each course will be matched with wine from Alba, Piedmont – the region of Italy where most of the truffles came from.
Guests will also have the opportunity to try a selection of products made from truffles, such as honey, butter-based sauces and olive oil as well as learn tips on how to choose the best specimens.
The evening is priced at £85 per head.
