This November, the Shangri-La Hotel’s TĪNG restaurant will welcome Ip Chi Cheung, executive chef at Hong Kong’s two-Michelin-starred Summer Palace restaurant, as its first guest chef.
Chef Ip is renowned for his distinctive contemporary twists on conventional Cantonese cuisine. His special menu will include some of his signature dishes, such as double-boiled chicken soup with matsutake mushrooms, and stewed grouper fillets with ginger and spring onions.
