A taste of Tuscany with Italian wine-making royalty

Bleeding Heart The Crypt London restaurant private room

Bleeding Heart’s forthcoming wine dinner looks set to be a corker: Barone Francesco Ricasoli (from one of Tuscany’s oldest wine-making dynasties) is back to host a tasting, for one night only.

The event, which will take place in the restaurant’s private dining area, the atmospheric Crypt, will see diners tuck into five courses, plus coffee and petits fours. Each course will be matched with a wine (or two) from the Ricasoli estate: think osso bucco with truffled herb gnocchi, paired with the 2007 Castello di Brolio in magnum (which was awarded 92 points by Robert Parker), or a prune and walnut tart with grappa ice cream, paired with 2006 Vin Santo.

This event takes place on Tuesday 24 November. Tickets cost £89.50, including all food and wine. To book, email cryptoffice@bleedingheart.co.uk.
