On 15, 16 & 17 October, chef Paisarn Cheewinsiriwat from the destination spa, Chiva-Som in Thailand, will visit Le Manoir to
host three days in The Raymond Blanc Cookery School, teaching guests first-hand the skills & techniques of Thai cuisine. Together, chefs Cheewinsiriwat & Blanc will create dishes using
typical & less well-known Thai ingredients, combining them with an international flair. Tickets for the Thai cookery school cost £475 per person per day, inclusive of all tuition, ingredients
& an informal lunch. Places are limited to 10 guests on each day.
To complete the week a gala dinner will be held on 19 October, which includes a Champagne reception & dinner with selected wines. Tickets for the dinner are priced at £150 per person.
