La Cucina Caldesi, the Italian cookery school, is playing host to cheese expert Patricia Michelson for three special evenings.
On Friday 6 June and Friday 12 September, Michelson, who owns one of Britain’s best loved cheese shops – Le Fromagerie – will be joining chef and restaurateur Giancarlo Caldesi to take guests
through a three course meal featuring Italian cheeses. June’s menu will showcase dishes made from early summer produce, while September will boast autumnal ingredients with a distinctive Tuscan
Patricia will be leading a taste-based discussion of the cheeses, while Giancarlo will be passing on tips and tricks of the culinary world. At the end of the evening guests will be able to enjoy
the meal they’ve watched being created, as well as sample some specially chosen Italian wines. Friday 15 August will see La Cucina Caldesi organising an Italian wine and cheese tasting evening
where Patricia and wine expert Luisa Welch will supply a lively tutoring of food and drink on offer.
