For three weeks, the luxury Landmark London’s Winter Garden restaurant in Marylebone will play host to Mark Poynton,
chef-patron of the newly Michelin-starred Alimentum restaurant in Cambridge.
From an à la carte menu including pan-fried halibut, trompettes and squash purée to a six-course tasting menu that features venison with sprout leaves, potatoes and Earl Grey, Poynton will offer
meals that give guests a taste of Alimentum. For an even more extravagant experience, there will also be a 10-course ‘blind’ tasting menu designed by the chef.
In honour of Poynton’s stay, the Landmark London is also offering an accommodation package in which guests can enjoy his six-course tasting menu, an overnight stay and a traditional English
breakfast for two for £390, based on two sharing.
Poynton will be cooking every Tuesday to Saturday evening from 20 November until 8 December. Menu prices start at £45 for three courses (à la carte), £65 for the six-course menu and £95 for the
