On Monday 26 April and Friday 21 May The Cinnamon Club’s Vivek Singh and Australian winemakers Jim Barry
Vineyards are collaborating to host two exclusive wine tasting evenings. Running from 6.30-8pm and held at sister restaurant Cinnamon Kitchen’s bar Anise, the April event is geared toward wine novices, with an informal tasting of seven wines and a selection of eight canapés,
priced at £25 per person. The May event, however, is for those who know their plonk from their premier cru, with a six-course dinner at The Cinnamon Club in Westminster matched with a series of
award-winning Australian wines. Priced at £90 per person, expect dishes such as tandoori Herdwick mutton rack with mint and onion sauce, paired with a Shiraz McRae Wood ’05, and roast saddle of red
deer with sesame and tamarind sauce, matched with a Cabernet Sauvignon Benbounie ’02.
