Roast lovers should be glad to hear that a daily roast has now been launched at The Cellars Bar & Restaurant at The Landmark. The roast with all the trimmings will alternate daily and a
selection of seasonal veggies will accompany each meal. Served and carved from the chef’s silver trolley at the diner’s table, guests can tuck into leg of lamb with mint sauce on Mondays, roast
suckling pig and apple sauce on Tuesdays, rib-eye of beef with Yorkshire pudding on Wednesdays, bronze turkey and cranberry sauce on Thursdays and salmon en croute with Champagne sauce on Fridays.
Make sure you also save space for one of the delicious homemade desserts such as the chocolate tart, pistachio profiteroles or tiramisu.
