A Fully Traceable Sussex Supper

Bailiffscourt Hotel & Spa has teamed up with crab and lobster specialist Keith Birkett as well as Bookers Vineyard in Bolney to create a special tasting evening on Thursday 12 March, to be held in The Tapestry Restaurant.

Executive chef Martin Hadden has devised a five-course menu focusing on the best of Sussex produce. Hadden, Birkett and Alan Jenkins of Bookers Vineyard will be on hand throughout the evening, introducing each course and each of the wines selected to accompany each dish.
