Break bread with colleagues at Le Restaurant de Paul’s baking masterclasses. Delegates at the French restaurant’s warm and welcoming Covent Garden flagship are given all the ingredients to get creative in the kitchen and bond over bread. Starting with a welcome drink, teams will learn how to knead and shape over two-and-a-half hours, taking home all loaves crafted on the day as well as a goodie bag of baking essentials, dough to practice on at home and a certificate for the day’s efforts. Places can be booked for up to seven people and prices start at £75pp. Teambuilding classes are also coming soon to Le Restaurant de Paul’s new Tower 42 outpost in the City.
