This family-run caterer has gained accreditation at marquee venues including the Saatchi Gallery, Banqueting House, the National Gallery and the National Portrait Gallery. Handling everything from tea parties and canapé receptions up to large-scale gala dinners, it focuses on creating fine food from responsibly sourced ingredients. A ‘reduced carbon’ menu is among its most recent innovations, which has also seen it nominated for an RSPCA award for animal welfare. In 2017 it launched a Jackson Gilmour Food Festival range of grab-and-go dishes – as a cool alternative to bowl food. Fashion-forward menu items include blackened cod with crispy spiralised veg, chicken satay with noodles, and gourmet hot dogs and burgers.
