At the heart of Moo Cantina’s offering is its custom Argentinian grill, where the talented team cook up all kinds of barbecue treats. For the most authentic experience why not choose to treat your guests to a spread of hand-cut steaks? Here you can indulge in rib eye, fillet and rump pieces which are portioned by weight and sourced from ethically minded farms in the Argentinian Pampas. While the team recommend medium-rare cooking, you can tailor the finish to your choice, from blue through to well-done. Chimichurri sauce to finish off the steaks adds a zingy, herbaceous finish and is the perfect thing to dunk chips in.
