Although this St James’s institution started life back in the 18th century as a purveyor of shellfish near to Haymarket, today it serves the finest oysters, fresh fish, seasonal game and meats that the British isles have to offer on a menu that glories in deftly executed old-school classics.
A selection of British oysters, caviar, Dover sole, venison or roast grouse are just a few of the things on offer on this luxurious menu. Wine and Champagne packages designed to serve up to 10 guests are also available depending on tastes and budget and change depending on availability.

Although Wiltons seats 80 for its three course dinner, 200 spaces are available for a canapes reception. On the canape menu you’ll find the likes of foie gras with Riesling jelly, Cornish crab, baked potato and Rio Frio caviar and mojito macarons or salted caramel truffles to finish.
