About Vintry & Mercer Hotel

Each of the hotel’s six spaces are available for exclusive hire and are charming in their own way, from the regal Drawing Room, decorated in sumptuous red and gold, to the super-stylish Music Room with its navy-blue walls, tan leather chairs and contemporary artworks. If it’s a slightly larger space you’re after, try the elegant Library, with its skylight and ceiling map. What’s more, The Library can be combined with The Drawing Room for an even larger space. All three of these rooms come equipped with AV equipment, mini-bar fridges, Nespresso machines, television screens and high-speed internet access for easy and comfortable meetings.

In addition to these three private rooms on the lower ground floor, the hotel’s restaurant and bars are also available for group dining and private hire. ‘Do Not Disturb’, the hotel’s speakeasy bar can hold up to 60 people seated and 80 people standing. Vintry Izakaya, the hotel’s Asian tapas restaurant, can hold up to 60 seated or 100 people standing , while the Mercer Roof Terrace can be hired exclusively for breakfast meetings held Monday to Saturday until 10am, lunches for up to 36 guests on Saturdays, or at any time of the day on Sundays. The Library and Drawing Room can also be hired alongside ‘Do Not Disturb’ to accommodate up to 170 people standing or, with Vintry Izakaya, for up to 250 people across the lower ground and ground floors of the hotel.

Each space comes with a range of drinking and dining options and staff are always happy to help you select the right package for your event. From breakfast menus to bowl food and canapes, bento box’s and working lunch menus, there’s sure to be a package that’s just right for your event.
