Claude Bosi – who’s helped other places to multiple Michelin stars before now – is behind the à la carte menu, while Berry Bros & Rudd has put together the wine list, raising the bar in the area. Available for partial or exclusive hire, the bar and dining area has a capacity of 100, and there’s a beer garden with space for another 30 guests.
