With a capacity ranging from 16 to 140 in their four impeccably furnished and equipped rooms, the Lincoln Centre is a great option for finance-based corporate events. You can choose between classroom, boardroom, cabaret, and theatre-style settings for each of the rooms depending on the function. The rooms come with sound proofing and state-of-the-art audio visual equipment for presentations. The well-built and maintained facilities are manned by attentive staff and dedicated AV technician to assist throughout the event.
Presentation Room 1 features a large presentation screen, a telephone switchboard, and LCD panelling for client company branding displays. The room comes with a break out area for tea and coffee as well as a lounge room for presenters, VIP guests, and speakers to relax before they present. Presentation Room 2 has a more intimate feel with a theatre style or boardroom style layout, the package comes with a private syndicated room for hosting smaller meetings with guests or for the home team. Room 1 is more ideal for large-scale conference style presentations while Room 2 is better suited for small and medium sized board meetings.
On the seventh floor is the Turner room which can be used as is for a large board meeting or can be divided into three soundproofed sections for confidential meeting. The Hamano room is a clean, modern room which is purpose-built for fine dining and is often used in conjunction with the Turner room.
