About The Lincoln Centre

The Lincoln Centre sits at the crossroads of the City and the West End. Equipped with state-of-the art technology, it’s a popular choice for financial presentations, AGMs, seminars and product launches. All nine event spaces can be branded, from the clean-lined Presentation Room 1 and 2 to the more homely Blake room, which comes with views of Lincoln’s Inn Fields. The brightest spaces, Hamano and Turner, feature floor-to-ceiling windows.

With a capacity ranging from 16 to 140 in their four impeccably furnished and equipped rooms, the Lincoln Centre is a great option for finance-based corporate events. You can choose between classroom, boardroom, cabaret, and theatre-style settings for each of the rooms depending on the function. The rooms come with sound proofing and state-of-the-art audio visual equipment for presentations. The well-built and maintained facilities are manned by attentive staff and dedicated AV technician to assist throughout the event.

Presentation Room 1 features a large presentation screen, a telephone switchboard, and LCD panelling for client company branding displays. The room comes with a break out area for tea and coffee as well as a lounge room for presenters, VIP guests, and speakers to relax before they present. Presentation Room 2 has a more intimate feel with a theatre style or boardroom style layout, the package comes with a private syndicated room for hosting smaller meetings with guests or for the home team. Room 1 is more ideal for large-scale conference style presentations while Room 2 is better suited for small and medium sized board meetings.

On the seventh floor is the Turner room which can be used as is for a large board meeting or can be divided into three soundproofed sections for confidential meeting. The Hamano room is a clean, modern room which is purpose-built for fine dining and is often used in conjunction with the Turner room.

Seating up to 10 boardroom style, this naturally lit space is designed specifically to allow occupants to be totally self-sufficient. With its own discrete entrance separate from the rest of the building, the Central Room is often hired for very important meetings where business can be conducted without interruption and in assured privacy. The Central Room is equipped with its own generator, a direct phone line, a PC and a fax machine, enabling work to continue uninterrupted in the very unlikely event of a crisis.

The Green Room is included in the hire of Presentation Room 2. It is a quiet and beautifully decorated room that can seat up to six people around its stylish board table. The room also affords lovely views of the park in the middle of Lincoln’s Inn Fields. The Green Room’s facilities include courtesy telephones with switchboard service, cable television, a minibar. Green Room hire includes full butler service.

Hamano is an exquisite room. Beautifully furnished and equipped, it offers superb views over Lincoln’s Inn Fields, one of London’s most charming public parks.

Seating up to 16 people for fine private dining, room hire includes private butler attendance, a personal chef and a discrete buzzer for calling waiting staff to allow dining at the guests’ own pace. 

Hamano can hold up to 60 for canapé receptions. The space is also frequently used for important working breakfasts and lunches. It is equipped with a hidden plasma screen and includes an accompanying side room for confidential phone calls or private conversations.

The room also comes equipped with Radio Interview ISDN codec to facilitate live down-the-line Radio Interviews with all major broadcasters.

Presentation Room 1 is our largest presentation room seating up to 140 theatre style. This room has fully integrated audio visual (AV) technology, including a large presentation plasma screen, its own telephone switchboard, and LCD panels to display client company branding. The hire package includes a dedicated AV technician to assist throughout events. Also included is sole use of the Breakout area for serving refreshments, and the Blue Room, a relaxing and comfortable space where clients often base their directors before and after presentations, or host VIP guests and speakers.

Presentation Room 2 is the more intimate of our two main presentation rooms. It holds up to 35 guests theatre-style or 22 seated boardroom style. Like Presentation 1, the hire package includes a dedicated audio-visual technician to provide technical support throughout your event.

In addition, hiring Presentation Room 2 includes the use of a private syndicate room, the Green Room, which provides an ideal base for the home team or which can be used to host smaller meetings with guests.

Based on the seventh floor with natural light, Turner can be used as a single room, holding a large board table, or for seating up to 35 for theatre-style presentations. Alternatively, Turner can be divided into three sections, each holding up to eight, with each section professionally sound proofed into the ceiling for comfort and confidentiality. Turner has a large built in plasma screen, AV system and air conditioning, and is often hired by clients in conjunction with Hamano.
