St Pancras Meeting Rooms is a flexible place to host away days, small conferences, and meetings in the heart of London. With a variety of creatively designed spaces there should be something to suit your event, and with capacity for up to hundred guests at one time, the variety of rooms each lend themselves to something a bit different.
One of our favourite rooms is The Victory Room, which has a large central wooden table and comfortable leather seats. At one end you’ll find a presentation screen – perfect for monthly updates or new launch briefings – and there is classic wooden panelling down one side, which holds eclectic books for a sort of library feel. With tea and coffee making facilities on site, this is a little oasis in the heart of London where you can keep colleagues and clients fed, watered, and entertained for a full day.
More functional spaces, with traditional office furniture and all the AV mod-cons you could want include the Boardroom, and the Office – both of which come with a creative wall which lend themselves to brainstorming sessions. In total there are over a dozen spaces, so whatever vibe or capacity you’re looking for you should be well looked after at St Pancras Meeting Rooms.
To ensure everyone is kept content throughout the day, the team here are more than happy to help with catering. As standard you’ll get a plentiful supply of pastries, fruit, snacks, tea, coffee, and water. Outside of breakfast and snack times, there are a whole host of nearby bars and restaurants which will obligingly put on a spread for you at lunch or dinner time.
Situated just a stone’s throw from King’s Cross and St Pancras International stations, this proves itself as a really handy meeting point for those travelling from both across and outside of the city.
