The new venture Ekte (Norwegian for ‘genuine’), is all about offering an authentic and varied Nordic cuisine with sustainability and environmentally-friendly solutions at its centre. In terms of events, bookers can hire it out exclusively or for smaller groups. A joint effort from restaurateur Soren Jensen and head chef Robin Freeman, the interiors are distinctly Scandi, too. Minimalist and industrial, with a touch of hygge and warmth.
