Chef Gabriel Waterhouse, who has previously worked at the likes of Galvin La Chapelle, takes over the kitchen at Bert & May on a semi-regular basis to host supper clubs. He serves up seven-course tasting menus with a specially curated wine pairing, with example dishes including baked golden beetroot and chilled chocolate fondant.
