Bristol Marriott Royal Hotel - Walters Restaurant

The Bristol Marriott Royal Hotel is a four-star establishment on College Green, close to the city’s cathedral and waterfront. Amenities include on-site car parking and Walter’s restaurant, which is named for the man who founded the Royal Hotel more than 150 years ago. Sourcing its food locally, Walter’s today is ready for important lunch meetings as much as drinks receptions. With a stockpile of produce from Gloucestershire, Somerset, Devon and Cornwall, it opens for breakfast at 7am and the kitchen finally gets a breather when dinner finishes at 10pm. The bar is open later and features a mixture of classic and new cocktails that reflects Walter’s desire to deliver a ‘twist on tradition’.
