Marylebone High Street’s The Orrery takes its name from the mechanical model of the solar system and this scientific theme extends throughout the French restaurant, from the gold-ringed armillary sphere that greets guests on arrival, to the neat and precise décor of the venue. A 130-capacity dining room works well for group dining, with slated wooden screens dividing the leather banquette seating area, or it can be hired exclusively. For receptions there is a covered, heated terrace, while smaller Christmas occasions are better suited to the elegant 18-seater private dining room. A refined French menu matches the interiors.
