About

Zizzi's aim is to be ‘individually Italian’. Now, you may be wondering what this means, as we think it can be risky to tamper with authentic Italian cuisine (why fix something that isn’t broken, right?). But who dares wins. Zizzi offers you an exciting twist on your favourite classic Italian dishes that won’t leave you feeling short-changed.

So, if you aren’t looking to spend a fortune, this will fill the spot. What’s more, the open kitchen and comfy seating makes for a relaxed atmosphere, and the signature indoor trees will make you feel at one with nature (without even stepping out of London). The restaurant is also home to a Sherlock Holmes mural by local artist Tobias Hall – admire his talent while eating, or better still, use it as your backdrop for an Instagram selfie.

On the menu, you can expect to see all the usual Italian suspects – dishes include garlic bread, calamari, Margherita pizza and lasagne. For something a little different, its signature Pizza Rustica – with a bigger, thinner and crispier base – or Spiedini Pollo – a Mediterranean hanging skewer – are sure to wow you. If you want authentic Italian desserts, there are both espresso affogatos or tiramisu. For a modern spin on a classic, try the prosecco panna cotta.

Vegan, gluten-free and dairy-free menus are also on hand so you can enjoy yourself no matter what dietary requirements you may have. A selection of cocktails,’softails’, wines and beers are also at hand to accompany your meal.

We find that the key to a successful restaurant is changing up the menue on a regular basis. That's why we're please Zizzi's has a seasonal menu that showcases each season's wonderful ingredients. What's more, it ensures you never get bored of what Zizzi has to offer.

This family-friendly restaurant is a failsafe if you are looking for something to impress everyone. For a laid back, social dining experience without any fuss, Zizzi’s delivers faultless classics with a modern re-invention, sure to have your taste buds tingling.

Held my daughter's 10th birthday lunch here on 29/3/14. The staff were extremely friendly from our arrival with the highlight of the meal being my daughter being asked to make her own pizza with the chef !! Cannot praise the staff enough as not always easy to look after 13 10-year-old girls !

There's no denying that the Italian high street chains in this country are of a reliably good standard; you go to somewhere like Zizzi because you know exactly what to expect. While this is somewhat unadventurous, you can get a decent meal that's ridiculously reasonable thanks to the current ongoing offers. The Marylebone Zizzi has never failed my expectations. For some reason, the branding is different to the traditional Zizzis found elsewhere (everything's green and black here) but the menu is the same. Lunch today was up to scratch; the pasta dishes were pretty good but the pizza, as ever, was the real winner; the calzone in particular was spot on, served piping hot with just the right amount of filling. Calzone is something that doesn't crop up so much across the other pizza/pasta chains and alone worth coming to Zizzi for if you are trying to make a decision between here and the others. Service was efficient and friendly (but when it is ever not?) and overall, the meal was faultless. Although I probably won't remember this specific visit some months down the line, I'll certainly be back there soon.
