I took my partner there who is a Chef for his 40th Birthday and we went for the Menu Exceptionelle, the tasting menu, with the wines. Well what can I say – what an amazing meal. The food, wines, atmosphere and service were faultless. Michel Roux Jr even came round to each table during service to say hello and ask how people were enjoying their meal. We went in at 1.00 and left at almost 5 and there was no sense that we were being rushed out at all. If you want a special meal that is exceptional then this is the place to go – I have yet to experience anything like it since.
